I love his recipe. I used cooked and deveined frozen shrimp and slice in half and cut into 3 divided pieces across. I only found LaChoy stir fry vegetables chop suey and this worked out very well since there are only 3 of us, I used 5/eggs. I forgot to add flour to the mixture but it was still good. I think the flour makes it fluffier. It was a delicious meal. Thnx for the recipe.

omgooooodnesssss…. This is the best egg foo young ever!! The gravy was super delicious and thick just how I like it. I didn’t need the cornstarch in the gravy at all since it was already thick due to the flour. I did cut the recipe in half since I was cooking for one person.. Overall, I will make this again 10x’s over. I ate 2 bowls as soon as it was done.. It was that good. Thank you so much for sharing your recipe. Next up… the Orange Chicken.. Can’t wait to try it.
