I just made this recipe for my brother and me. I already had the wings separated into flats and drummies. It was absolutely delicious. I double fried it, and I didn’t have the wine so I used a combination of Chinese cooking wine and vodka and I used half all purpose flour and rice flour but kept the corn starch a.ount as you specified. We both will definitely have these again. Crunchy on the outside and juicy and flavorful on the inside with every bite. Thanks for the awesome recipe .

Made this tonight. Added a smidge more sugar and some Chinese 5 Spice. It was really rich tasting, warm and lovely. My husband is a fan and I’ll definitely make it again.

Hubby loves egg drop soup. I’ve been telling him I can make it at home but hadn’t ever really looked into it. He’s not feeling well so I did a little research and gave this recipe a try and it was exactly what he was craving!! Even my toddlers ate it and they are…. picky tots lol. I left out the yellow and msg but those omissions didn’t seem to diminish the taste at all!!
