Hi Jennifer, currently our cookbook is only available in its U.S. edition (the commonwealth rights never sold—bah!), so while we did include some metric measurements in the book, it uses mostly U.S. customary measures. That said, we do have a QR code in the book that leads out to a Kitchen Conversion chart!

Probably since 2013 or so (my first recipe was for your easy congee, which I still keep frozen washed rice in my freezer to this day). I got my mom hooked too and we share how our Woks of Life recipes came out over the phone. So I cannot overstate how excited I am to get her and I copies of your cookbook.
