Especially loved this recipe because it was so simple and tasty! I was looking for a recipe without 100+ dry ingredients to season the chicken and this came out perfectly tasty and crispy

Hi Edd, I think I got lucky using a higher temperature grade parchment paper—you can use foil if your parchment paper is not rated for higher temperatures!

I made these with rice flour and cornstarch, as my husband has Celiac’s, and did them in the air fryer and they were delicious. Crunchy with great pepper flavour.

Loved it, tasty and fragrant. My family members and parents enjoyed it ALOT. It wasn’t super crunchy, or not crunchy at all. Perfect small crunch. I’ve also added: Oyster sauce, diced garlic, diced ginger, and a bit of chicken powder. I followed Kaitlin’s air frying setting suggestion: 10 mins on 380 degrees, flip, and an additional 5 minutes.

Hi Jen, no need for parchment in an air fryer!
